To do this task
Find the customer payment.
In the Customer Payment window, click Print at the top of the window.
Check the printing options and make any necessary changes to them.
In the Customer Center, display the desired list of customer payments.
Print the list of payments:
On the Customers & Jobs tab, go to the Print drop-down menu at the top of
the Customer Center and choose Customer & Job Transaction List.
On the Transactions tab, click Print at the top of the Customer Center.
If you regularly need to show customers a history of their account activity
(charges, payments, and balance), you can also create statements in QuickBooks.
