How do I create this report?
To do this task
Choose Reports > Vendors & Payables > Vendor Balance Detail.
This report shows all the transactions related to each vendor.
The totals shown in the Balance column are your company's
unpaid balances. A total of $ 0.00 means that your company has no
unpaid balance with a vendor.
To go directly to one of the transactions listed, double-click
The ending date of the report is today's date,
and the balances shown are as of today's date. You can show the
balances as of a different date by choosing another date range from
the Dates drop-down list.
What do the
different date ranges mean?
Report on all payments to a single vendor
Choose Reports > Vendors &
Payables > Vendor Balance Detail.
Click the Customize Report button.
Click the Filters tab.
In the Filter scroll box, select Name.
Click the Name drop-down arrow and select the vendor name.
In the Filter scroll box, select Transaction Type.
Click the Transaction Type drop-down arrow and select Payment.
Click OK to return to the report window.
If this report will be useful to you in the future, click Memorize.
